This document is a summary of the Japanese Terms of Service.
In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
1. Service Overview
- Service Name: YokoSee

Service Description:
YokoSee is an application designed to support community-based child safety activities, such as school commuting supervision.
The service provides shift scheduling, attendance adjustment, and communication tools for guardians and participants.
- Intended Users:
- PTAs, neighborhood associations, child safety groups
- Organizations or municipalities managing such activities
- Other entities approved by the provider
2. User Registration and Use
- Users must register and agree to the Terms of Service to use the app.
- Each user is responsible for managing their own account credentials.
- Users may terminate their use of the service at any time.
3. Personal Data Handling
The service may collect the following information:
- Name, email address, phone number
- School-related identification information
- App usage history
- Location data (if permitted by the user)
- Other information voluntarily provided by the user
Purposes of use:
- Service operation and user support
- Service improvement and quality enhancement
- Legal compliance and prevention of misuse
- Advertising and optimization (if applicable)

4. Data Management
- Users are responsible for backing up data on their own devices.
- App data can be deleted by uninstalling the application.
- Requests for deletion of server-side data must be made through the relevant organization.

- All intellectual property related to the service belongs to the provider or legitimate third parties.
- Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service beyond its intended use.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:

- Interfere with the operation or security of the service

7. Service Changes and Suspension

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

- The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Japanese law.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court, Japan.
